We create conditions for qualitative performance leadership and develop a strategy and structure in order to:

  • give leaders clear missions and objectives
  • optimise leaders’ capabilities with the needs of the organisation
  • give leaders tools to communicate vertically as well as horizontally in order to spread knowledge in the whole organisation.

Through personal interviews and analysis using the ”dX9″ method, we revise each leader’s mission, and form a structure for good leadership throughout the organisation.
